Vaida's Rants: Rant #1

WARNING! THIS RANT MAY TRIGGER YOU PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION:

Ok, Donald Trump thinks he’s cute taking away human rights just because they have the label transgender. So let's just get this straight; in 1787 every American was promised unalienable rights that include the rights of "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness...", and the definition of liberty is, "the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's way of life, behavior, or political views." (from Google). Now if they can be free in their society why does Donald Trump think he can take away rights promised to us over 200(+) years ago? What makes you special? Just because you're the president doesn't mean you can be unconstitutional. I'm preparing for you to become impeached because it's bound to happen. I get it, you can have your opinions and point of view, but if you're gonna take it this far... you're done for.

Now a lot of you are gonna be like, "Well he didn't completely take it away. He made it so it will be decided at the state level." I am aware of this, but if it is taken away it is reflected on him because it was his decision. Think about this... if your friend, child, family member, or even yourself were to be transgender and they were taking away your rights that are promised to you. What would you do? I certainly hope it wouldn't be to sit around and do nothing because it's not right and it goes against all three promised unalienable rights. We are all people, and we are all equal.
